Shipping & Returns
If you are located in Switzerland, please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed after returning the item. It may take longer for international orders. Please make sure you get a tracking service for packages returned to us for your reference.
Items can be returned with the exception of wedding dresses, veils and capes. You may return new, unworn items in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt of delivery for an exchange or full refund (box must also be packed prior to return). This means that the items must be returned no later than 10 days after receipt, the postage stamp being proof. Items must be in their original condition and packaging without any signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on the shoes on the carpeted areas to avoid scuffing. If items are returned with scuffs, signs of wear, scuffed toe marks or soles for shoes, or pulled threads for fabric items, we will not be able to process the return / exchange . Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our studio. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All personalized items are a final sale. Some items are final sale and can only be exchanged. These items are identified in the product lists.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return sender. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a restocking fee of CHF10 to CHF40 depending on the item. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our store.

Depending on your country of residence, some packages may be subject to additional customs fees, for which buyers are responsible. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges your package may be subject to.We encourage you to check your country’s import charge regulations. The shipping costs for your purchase only cover the shipping costs; they do not cover any additional customs duties. For overseas shipments, we do not mark our items as gifts, so please do not request this.
